Saving Fenix is the birth of Numero Uno. The Model Boxer is Fenix, a boxer born with #1 printed right on his forehead (“numero uno”). Fenix's parents commissioned a local artist (the talented Joel Geist) to complete an abstract portrait of their pup. Joel exceeded their expectations showcasing Fenix’s vibrant personality, presenting his art just as Fenix was diagnosed with a Meningioma Tumor on his spine. Fenix rose from ashes as he underwent surgical & pharmacological treatments. Joel and Fenix's parents launched Numero Uno to support Fenix's medical costs. After an amazing fight, Fenix passed suddenly on 12/29/2020. His family is burden by their loss, and left with $14,000 in medical bills. All profits from this store go directly to his medical bills.
